David Sellers is a real estate entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling impactful development platforms. As co-founder of Portis, he is focused on redefining small-bay industrial with modern, flexible spaces designed to help trades, makers, and logistics businesses grow. David is also the co-founding partner of Creation and CEO of LGE Design Build.

Bob Agahi is a co-founder of Portis and Creation, where he helps lead the vision behind a modern small-bay industrial platform built for the next generation of operators. An experienced real estate developer and investor, Bob brings a bi-coastal perspective with a focus on Phoenix, New York City, and Tampa.

Michael Stafford helps power the financial engine behind Portis, a modern industrial platform redefining how small businesses scale. As CFO of Creation and President of LGE Design Build, he brings deep experience building finance teams and supporting growth across complex, multi-market organizations.

Barry Stokes serves as Managing Principal of Portis and is responsible for the development of small bay industrial real estate assets as well as oversight of the company’s leasing and operations platform. He has over twelve years of leasing and asset management experience spanning 35-million square feet across the Central and Southwest US industrial markets. Barry has long been an active member of NAIOP and is currently involved in Arizona’s ULI NEXT chapter. Barry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University with degrees in Commercial Real Estate Development and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Alex Bez serves as Chief Operating Officer and helps oversee strategic initiatives and organizational growth. He previously held roles in acquisitions and asset management at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, ultimately serving as the market lead for the Southwestern United States. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan with concentrations in finance and real estate.

Ben Kort is an Associate specializing in commercial real estate analysis, underwriting, and market intelligence with experience in development across industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects. He has strong expertise in strategic analysis and research, developing detailed business insights across multiple verticals. Ben graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
